Belleville washers

ISB Srl produces belleville washers according to customer design.

By implementing automated solutions, ISB produces small prototype batches as wells as large mass production.

The inspections carried out detect the dimensional features, hardness, loads and composition of the material.

The products are made on specific requests by the customer, which we also support during the development and design phase by using programs that enable 3D simulation of the part.

The belleville washers are particularly suitable to support extremely high loads in small spaces.

All parts can be supplied with antioxidant coatings and/or surface treatments and stress-relieving treatments.
